Day 11: Quiet Reflections on my Journey with Joy
Re-aligning with Our Natural State of Being.
I'm over half way through my 21 day Journey to Rediscover Joy, and I seem to be getting affirmations daily that this is the right path. To keep 'going there' and to share, this journey with others.
The other day I listened to a channelled interview with Zac with Hazel Grace Newton and what was shared echoed what I am experiencing on my current journey with Joy.
That: -
"The heart is designed to notice the wonderous. To take it in. To be full in it".
"Life is beautiful. You should make it so"
"It is all about finding our Joy, and enjoying the process"
"It is far more likely that something positive will; come out of a place of Joy"
"It is so enjoyable to be in Joy. It helps the planet. It helps you"
"What can be done, is to have the intention to feel joy, wherever you can, even if its a snap shot. You hold on to them and so you can memorise them later. The importance of reflecting on it later, to let it sit within you and develop.
"Allow all the good that there is to create more joy in your life".
By acknowledging the moments we experience Joy in our day, no matter how small, we are allowing our heart to do what it is designed to do, to "notice the wondrous". Letting it fill us and align us with the frequency of Joy. And when we reflect on these moments as part of our Daily Joy Practice later in our day. we experience more joy yet again. Therefore, increasing the amount of joy we experience in each day.
My belief is that by doing this, aligning to the frequency of Joy, increasing the number of times we do this throughout the day, will result in it becoming easier, almost effortless and feeling Joy will become our natural default state of being. How we, as humans, were originally designed to be.
