Daily Joy Morning Practice - 'Aligning to Joy'
'The Smile Meditation'- Taking it to the Next Level.
I've loved incorporating this into my daily life. I began starting with this as a mediation every morning, and then I began to practice it whilst I was doing Yoga Nidra at the end of my yoga practice.
And now, I do its everywhere, at various points of the day. Especially when driving, I bring a smile upon my face and then take the energetic imprint of that smile and turn it inwards and within, breathing it through my whole body. So my whole energy takes on the frequency of that smile upon my lips. And it feels really good.
Today, I took it to the next level. I played with the type of smile and feelings. I imagined, that I had a really super special secret that was so so exciting I could hardly contain it. Like something so amazing was about to happen. The smile on my face as I aligned to this, was a different type of smile to the one I use in my meditation and my whole energy body vibrated at this excited joyful feeling.
I love that, we can go about our day feeling totally tired, bogged down and at any point we can completely shift our vibration and our way of being and how we are feeling, by simply putting a smile upon our face and tuning into its energy, and bringing it inwards.
We can change our state of being, and tune our bandwidth to Joy any time we choose. Amazing! We just have to choose to do it. Then...do it!
What would the world look like if everyone used their will to align themselves to joy each day? Like just turning their internal dial every morning and away they go.
We can do this.
We can choose this.
