And so the Quest to Rediscover Joy begins!
You will need a copy of the Poem 'Joy Chose You' By Donna Ashworth, A journal / notebook or paper and a pen or pencil. That's it!
1. The Task to read through the Poem 'Joy Chose You', and then take pen to paper and write, without expectation or judgement, until you come to a natural full stop.
2. Record Your Daily Moments of Joy: Note down three moments of Joy you experience each day no matter how small they may be.
